A versatile and easy-care vegetable that grows in most conditions and allows you to pick the outer leaves while the others remain growing. Usually harvested over 16-24 weeks but outer leaves may be picked around 10 weeks. To ensure an ongoing and bumper harvest, water regularly and enjoy both leaves and the multi-coloured stems which can be used like celery.
