🌱 What should I do after my seedlings arrive? | Follow our “How to Plant Your Seedlings” guide, which provides step-by-step instructions to help your plants thrive after transit. |
🛍️ Click-and-Collect | Choose Click-and-Collect at checkout, and your order will be ready for collection at our nursery at 50b Whites Rd, Werribee South, VIC. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. Collections can be made Monday to Saturday, 7am to 4pm. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation. Call 1300 094 353 if needed. |
🌍 Shipping Information | We ship to Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia, and Victoria. Due to biosecurity laws, we cannot ship live plants or seeds to Tasmania or Western Australia. Shipping times vary, and tracking details will be provided. |
📅 Dispatch Days | Orders are dispatched Monday to Wednesday. Any orders placed after 11am on Wednesday will be dispatched the following Monday. This ensures the safe delivery of plants without them being held up in transit over the weekend. |
🚚 Shipping Costs | Seedlings require express delivery with a flat rate due to their fragile nature. Other items will have shipping rates calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses. |
🌞 What if my seedlings appear dry or wilted when they arrive? | Sometimes seedlings may look stressed due to transit conditions. We recommend giving them fresh air, light, and water as needed. They should perk up within a few days. |
🌻 What should I do if my seedlings arrive damaged? | Please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged plants. We’ll review and help make it right, whether through a replacement or credit. |
💰 Is there a minimum order amount for delivery? | Yes, we have a minimum order of $50 to maintain efficient shipping and service quality. If you find it challenging to reach this amount, consider adding our house-made nutrients or sharing an order with friends and family. |
🔍 Can I track my order? | Yes, our live postage rate system at checkout provides real-time shipping times and tracking details. |
🔄 Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it? | Orders can be modified or canceled before dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. |
📦 How will my seedlings be packed? | We carefully box all plants with protective materials to minimize movement and stress during transit. |
🌿 Are your seedlings certified organic? | Our seedlings are grown organically, though they aren’t officially certified organic. We prioritise Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and only use chemicals if necessary to save a crop. |
✉️ What shipping methods are available? | We primarily use Australia Post for standard orders and TNT/FedEx for larger or bulkier items, like bags of soil or trays of seedlings. Postage is always Express Post when live seedlings are included to ensure they arrive quickly and in the best condition possible. |
🚨 Damaged/Incorrect Orders | If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with: 1) A photo/video of the damaged box, 2) A photo/video of the contents, and 3) A photo of the shipping label (including any signature). |
⏰ How long does delivery take? | Delivery times depend on your location and shipping method. Our live postage rate system at checkout provides an accurate estimate based on your order and location. |
🔄 Replacement/Refund | After receiving the required information, we will assess your claim and offer either a replacement or refund, depending on product availability. In some cases, we may require damaged items to be returned to us for inspection, and we will cover the return shipping costs. Perishable items like live plants cannot be insured, and we are not responsible for delays that cause plants to perish. |
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items | Live plants cannot be returned for change of mind or minor imperfections. Report any quality issues within 7 days with photos for review. |
📋 What is your return and exchange policy? | We accept returns only for damaged items. Please reach out with photos if your plants arrive damaged, and we’ll assist with a replacement or credit. Due to the perishable nature of plants, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for other reasons. |
🔒 Risk of Loss | Once the package is handed to the courier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer. We recommend selecting insured shipping for additional protection. |
⏳ What if I can’t plant my seedlings immediately? | If you can’t plant them right away, keep them in a well-lit, cool area and water lightly as needed. Try to plant within a few days for best results. |
🍃 Why are my seedlings yellowing after transit? | Yellowing is common after transit due to the temporary lack of light and airflow. This is usually temporary, and they’ll recover with a bit of care. |
🌱 Do I need to fertilise my seedlings after planting? | Yes, a light fertiliser can help promote growth, especially after the initial planting phase. Check out our exclusive house-made nutrients for added support. |
