We are continually working to perfect our packaging process! Currently, we wrap the root systems in damp paper towels and place them inside a plastic sleeve, creating a mini greenhouse effect to protect your seedlings during transit.

While our goal is to be 100% plastic-free, we found it necessary to use plastic sleeves for interstate deliveries to ensure the safe arrival of your plants. However, we are actively pursuing the development of a 100% biodegradable sleeve, designed exclusively for QPS, to further our commitment to sustainability.

Plants don't enjoy being confined in a box! Yellowing during transit is common, especially with longer shipping times, as seedlings begin searching for light. This temporary yellowing is often due to the stress of being packaged without the usual access to light and airflow.

Seedlings are living plants, and the change in environment can cause them to lose a bit of their initial vigour. But no worries—this is easily fixed! Once unpacked, they just need some time, fresh air, light, and a bit of care to regain their 'mojo.'
