Kohlrabi is a very mild-tasting member of the cabbage family and is highly popular in Germany. Its sweet, crunchy flesh makes it ideal for eating raw, but it can also be cooked. Our white and purple varieties stand out for their shape, vigour, uniformity, tender flesh, smooth skin, and leaf quality. Kohlrabi is protected by a thick skin, which is either purple or pale green. There are no flavour variances between the colours, and the "meat" inside is all the same off-white colour.
Attractive variety with medium green colour and white flesh. Excellent taste and habit. Can be grown to a larger size.
