Lovingly hand-curated by Christie Cooper and the QPS team, this seed raising kit is part of an ongoing collaboration to make food growing, seed raising and practical gardening more accessible.
Christie has been working closely with QPS, filming in the nursery, trialling different methods and sharing her authentic growing journey with her audience to help make the kit both practical and inspiring.

Premium Soil Mix – With a Surprise
At the heart of the kit is 1L of professional seed raising mix, collected from our seeding machine overflow piles. This is the same style of blend used by QPS to grow seedlings for commercial production.
And there is a fun twist: because the overflow mix can sometimes collect stray herb, flower and veggie seeds, you may enjoy the surprise of volunteer plants sprouting alongside your seedlings.
Volunteer seedlings are a natural bonus and may vary from kit to kit.
Designed for Sustainability
Upcycled nursery tray Professional nursery trays are cut down and given a second life for home seed raising.
Reusable PP5 drip trays Includes one tray with holes for drainage and air pruning, and one tray without holes for catching drips.
20 transplant pots Square black pots are included for moving young plants into their next stage of growth.
Built to use again Designed to help reduce waste while giving you a practical seed raising setup you can use season after season.
Growing Tips
For the healthiest seedlings, once they reach about 5 cm tall, feed them twice weekly with diluted QPS Pro A & Pro B fertiliser. This helps provide balanced nutrition as young roots begin to develop.
Always start gently with young seedlings and avoid overwatering. Keep the mix moist, not waterlogged.

We offer express shipping to SA, VIC, QLD, and NSW, with local delivery and pickups available by arrangement. Unfortunately, due to restrictions, we are unable to send to TAS, WA, or NT. For OH&S and biosecurity reasons, farm tours and direct purchases are not available, and pickups can only be made at our farm gate entrance.
