Our bunching broccoli seedlings feature a strong, upright plant style with heads set medium to deep within the plant. They produce uniform, high-domed heads that are dark-blue green in colour, with medium-sized beads. This variety yields high-quality heads up to 120mm in diameter, requiring minimal trimming.
After harvesting the main head, leave the plant to grow for additional crops from side shoots. This extended harvest period makes bunching broccoli an excellent choice for continuous production. Be sure to harvest the heads sooner rather than later, as once the broccoli flowers, it becomes woody and the flavour intensifies, making it less desirable for eating.
