A return authorisation must be obtained before returning any products by filling out our order issue form.

You will be required to return the product and include proof of purchase, such as a copy of your order confirmation/receipt.

We do not exchange or refund sale items.

If for any reason your order arrives in poor condition due to negligence on our part, we will gladly refund the purchase price or send a replacement.
