Chicory is growing in popularity in Australia. These vegetables display some degree of bitterness which is beneficial to health in that it promotes appetite and the flow of gastric juices, which improves internal body function. This fast-growing plant allows leaves to be harvested as the plant grows, and it’s a wonderful addition to pasta, stir-fries, risotto and soups.

Chicory Seedlings
Theses seedlings look more like radicchio than the normal chicory. I grow it every year and these do not look the same. All others good
