Romanesco (also known as Roman cauliflower, Broccolo Broccoflower, Romanesque Cauliflower, or simply Romanesco. Green in colour with spire-like florets. Each one looks identical, though getting smaller and smaller. Great looking when compared to a traditional cauliflower, Romanesco has a firmer texture and delicate, nutty flavour. A plate favourite for many restaurants for its deluxe appearance.

🌡️ CONDITIONS | The plant requires full sun and should be protected from wind. It grows best in well-drained soil that is rich in organic matter. Deep and consistent watering at the base of the plant is preferred, while watering the leaves should be avoided to prevent leaf rot.
