A dark, fine curled, variety of kale. Mild brassica/mustard flavour suitable for baby leaf harvesting and bunching. Avoid really hot positions and harvest when younger for sweeter leaves. High in antioxidants, kale contains more than twice the Vitamin C of spinach, and also has more Calcium and Vitamin K. It’s also high in fibre, protein, folate and is rich in nutrients that support eye health.
